There's nothing wrong with sex on a first date. In fact, often it's best to bypass the dating bit and go straight to sex, I find it saves money on buying them dinner that way.

Trust me, I've lived through the whole gentleman era, and as long as you're not public about it, you can shag whoever you want, whenever you want. You can still be a gentleman after it all. It's all the manner you carry yourself- anyway, to answer your question. No, it doesn't contradict at all, as long as you don't take advantage and know your limits.
