Sarah laughs for a moment before shaking her head. She stands from her chair to give him a quick kiss.

"It's a house," she explains a moment later, her hand returning to its resting place on the small bulge of her stomach. "A home that I think would be absolutely perfect for raising Valerie in. I know we were looking for something to let, James, but it's perfect."
