Rather blatantly, sometimes. As for Sawyer, he doesn't seem to mind where we go so long as there is food and a warm place to curl up when he's ready for sleep."
The Doctor looked pointedly at the wolf, who was asleep on his favoured rug in the corner of the console room. "The question still remains, Sarah. Where shall we go? What about the French revolution - lovely this time of year."
