[Milliways] OOM: Flat 007

It's nearly midnight according to the clock in their room. It's nearly midnight and that means that, at least in Milliways, it is nearly James' birthday. And after the week they've had, there's nothing in the universe that can stop Sarah Jane from celebrating this day.

She had kicked him out of the room a couple of hours ago, claiming that packing can be finished in the morning and that she needed time to rest. Truth is though, she's been busy decorating their room with brightly coloured streamers Bar provided, blue and silver and yellow. There are a few balloons scattered around, and a small cake on the desk next to a wrapped package and a card.

Sarah takes a moment to check her appearance in the mirror, smiling at her choice of dress (short, flattering, and blue) and her done up hair and make up. Nothing can hide the fading marks or gauze on her face, but that's okay.

Tonight's not about remembering the past, but celebrating the future.

She's too busy working her mouth around him to notice much of anything else. Her hands go to his backside to grope and pinch at, determined to give him as much pleasure as possible.

It's his birthday. For tonight alone, Sarah lets this be about James rather than any sort of sharing of mutual needs in their lovemaking.

Which James appreciates, rather a lot right now. The hand that's not on her shoulder goes to the back of her head, tightening around clumps of hair. She is rather good at this.

She's had the practice from a rather terrific teacher.

The last of the frosting has almost been cleaned up. Sarah winces slightly when his hand tightens too much around her hair; the bruise from earlier in the week is still sensitive. But she doesn't let it get to her and continues with the sucking and kissing and licking.

He's noticed she's taken his lessons into account. Oh, how he's noticed, to the point where words that aren't her name are foreign to him now. Eventually her well-trained methods push him over the edge and he gives in.

This time there's no coughing or sputtering and she swallows quickly, shivering at the screams of her name and how his body moves around her mouth.

When all is said and done, she stands and captures his lips with her own to kiss him thoroughly. Then, "Maybe it was time for cake after all."

"Mmmm," is all that he says.

"Mmhmm," she murmurs back, resting her forehead against his. "I hope you liked your birthday gifts."

"I did."

Well, except for that action figure, but he'll deal with that later.

She likes that action figure! It's a rather adorable miniature version of him, if you ask Sarah.

"Did you now?"

Well, then, she can take it with her when she's traveling with the Doctor!

"Mmmhmm." Then: "Except that action figure."

But it's his!

"You're keeping that action figure if you ever want anything like this again," she teases gently, then kisses his nose. "It's a reminder, remember?"

"You couldn't give me an action figure of yourself? I'm sure bar'd make you one if you asked."

"It wouldn't have ellicited the same reaction," Sarah answers with a giggle. "Anyway, I'd rather not have to see one of myself. Oh, that would be strange."

James just Looks at her.

Sarah Jane laughs and kisses him again.

Yeah, that action figure was worth it just for his reaction.

"I do love you, James."

"I think I love you, too."

"After everything I've done for you today, it's only think?" Sarah fakes a look of shocked hurt, then pouts. "Oh, I'm dissappointed."

"I'm sorry, darling. It's the action figure. You now have ten deducted points from the love tally. Sorry."

She swats his arm playfully, still pouting. "Insufferable."

He beams smugly.

Sarah Jane makes a face at him in return, sticking out her tongue.

It's only a second that he considers this, then he's on her, capturing that tongue with his lips.

She moans, wrapping her arms around him as she molds her body to his, not bothering to free her tongue at all.

Instead, she starts to stumble backwards towards the bed, hoping James will get the hint.

Oh, definitely. James steps with her until her knees buckle over the bed, and he guides her down until they're both laying on it.

Sarah breaks the liplock for a moment to stare up at his face, breathless. Her hand runs through his hair quickly and she smiles, feeling wonderously safe and loved pinned underneath him.
